How it works
Three channels, one platform
Every campaign gets its own slug, its own phone number, and (optionally) command-center kiosks. Here's what each piece does.
Campaigns
One campaign, one slug, one goal
Each campaign gets a unique public URL (e.g. yourdomain.com/purim2026) and a dedicated phone number. Choose standard goal-based or timed (matching multipliers or a countdown). Funds raised are always kept — no all-or-nothing escrow.
Fundraisers
Every fundraiser is a first-class account
Fundraisers get a personal public page, a personal goal, and a workspace with tasks, contacts, a call list, and click-to-call. Their page code is the last 4 digits of their phone number — same code works in URLs and on the IVR.
Donors
Web, phone, kiosk — all roads lead to a receipt
Donors can give as a guest or with a light account. Methods at launch: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, OJC, Donor's Fund, Matbia, Pledger. Dedications, anonymity, and a "cover the processing fee" toggle are built in.
Phone IVR
Press 1 to donate, press 2 for a team or page
Every campaign gets its own dedicated phone number. Press 1 to donate to the campaign, press 2 to enter a team or page code (then #), press 0 to reach a person. The same codes used on the web work over the phone.
Command-center kiosk
Locked-down laptop + paired IP desk phone
For in-person drives, a kiosk app wraps the fundraiser dashboard in a locked-down shell. Each laptop is paired with one IP desk phone; whichever fundraiser logs in uses that station's phone for click-to-dial. Always-online — no offline mode in v1.
